Good Afternoon Erin, Just a note to tell you how impressed both Elaine and I were with your men. They arrived on time and greeting us with smiles. They worked tirelessly to complete the packing in a timely manner even though we had a big load. The next day the delivery went smoothly even when the truck broke down in front of our house. Not to be distracted they unloaded without a hitch. Once again we were very impressed with the professionalism displayed by the men. There wasn’t one piece of furniture damaged and we had some big chest of draws etc.

When the sleep sofa would not fit through the basement door, I asked Sam if he could return it to the Franklin condo. The new buyers were interested it buying it. We were very please with his and your reception to the idea….Thank you otherwise we would not have had any room for the sofa.

When you get a chance, please send me the final invoice amount that will be on our credit card.

Elaine and I wish you Happy Holidays and thank you for the personal attention to our move.

My grandmother recently moved from her house of 50 years to an assisted living home. I needed help cleaning out her house, donating items and tossing other items. The agent I was working with, from Coldwell Banker, recommended Rainbow Movers and asked me to talk with Erin because they specialize in elder transition services. Erin was very good in listening to my grandmother and compassionate about the stress of moving out of her home. Over several appointments, Erin was instrumental in helping me haul away items to donate, coordinate a dumpster to take away junk and trying to consign other items. She was very attentive to my needs and really made the sensitive and daunting process as easy as it could have been. It was very nice to have the concerns of moving my grandmother along with the abilities to make it all happen.

Thanks for all the hard work you did Erin!
